Deposit Rules
Deposits may be limited to a maximum $500 per day with a maximum limit of $2000
per player per month. Players wishing to exceed this limit should be prepared to supply
our accounts office with copies of valid identification documents.
BB (Bonus Bucks) Rules
In order to ensure that our generous Bonus Bucks policy is not abused to the detriment of the vast majority of honest players, any player choosing to withdraw all or part of a cash deposit will forfeit all BB's issued as deposit bonus. This policy will not be enforced if Player wins a game prize or jackpot, in which case the prize or jackpot amount may be withdrawn as per our standard withdrawal policy guidelines.
Furthermore, in order to prevent abuse of our normal deposit bonus and special deposit incentives, players will be required to complete an "acceptable" amount of gaming activity before being eligible to request a withdrawal of any deposit within 30 days of making such deposit. Our accounts team will be the final arbitrator of what constitutes "acceptable" gaming activity on a case by case basis. Failure to abide by this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of all BB's issued in conjunction with the deposit/s in dispute.
Please note: This policy will not restrict any player from withdrawing legitimate winnings. It is merely a means to ensure that Players will not be allowed to abuse the rights and privileges associated with our generous BB policy to the detriment of the vast majority of honest players.
All Bonus Bucks will be deemed void if player account remains dormant for more than 45 days.
Winnings derived from any complimentary, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free Cards received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal, any winnings received by the Player made from purchases using winnings derived from any complimentary, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free Card purchases can not be cashed out, further any winnings will not be cashed out if the Player's Bingo Account has not previously been funded with a cash deposit within the last 30 days.

NO withdrawal fees except for withdrawals requested via wire transfer. The fee for a wire transfer is $35.
Withdrawals are processed DAILY.
Minimum cash-out amount: $75.00.
Maximum withdrawal amount $5,000 per 30 day period.
You may request one cash-out per day with a maximum of 3 cash-outs per 10 day period.
Payment is usually issued within 48 hours.
Deposits may not be withdrawn except on closure of account.
Winnings derived from free play BBz are not eligible for withdrawal.
Casino game winnings subject to 12 times play through before withdrawal
When you withdraw winnings, any BBz left in your account cannot be more than 50% of the cash left in your account.
For withdrawals of $5,000 or more, suitable arrangements must be made with management to ensure payment is made as quickly and securely as possible.
Withdrawals are not permitted within 10 days from initial registration of an account.
Management reserves the right to delay payment of any large winnings while you provide a picture or story for promotional purposes.
Nexum / Citadel deposits must be fully cleared prior to a withdrawal being processed.
Accounts must have been funded with a cash deposit within 30 days prior to requesting a withdrawal.
Registration Rules
Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment to any Player should the Player have provided us with false or misleading information, is found to have violated any policy rule, or if for any reason the Player account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void. This may also include any game which may requires further investigation if warranted due to any system malfunction in which case we will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
It is the responsibility of Player to ensure that they understand and comply fully in respect of any national and international laws, regulations, directives etc applicable to the Player.
Transfer of funds between player accounts is not permitted.
Management reserves the right to terminate any Player at any time without notice if found to be violating any of the above rules and at its discretion suspend a Player’s account, void any winnings and withhold any balance in a Player’s account.
Management reserves the right to amend these Rules from time to time and vary them without prior notice. The Player upon registration accepts and agrees to abide by the rules as set out above and which maybe amended from time to time. The Player is responsible for review of these rules and policies on a regular basis.
